Lahore: Chief Minister Punjab Special Assistant (CMSA) Firdous Ashiq Awan has said that the purpose of the day is to draw world attention towards Indian forces atrocities in Occupied Kashmir.
In her tweet on occasion of the Kashmir day, she said that Pakistani nation stands with their Kashmiri brother and sister and will remain so.
She said that thousands of Kashmiris have embraced martyrdom in the Occupied Kashmir in the hands of Indian forces. While 1,07, 813 Children have turned orphan and 22,000 women became widows.
Indian forces have subjected to rape to 11, 234 women so far. she added.
The CMSA said that Kashmiris have courage like towering mountains as they have continually facing the atrocities and cruelty.
