LAHORE: Former Federal Railways Minister and Pakistan Muslim-League Nawaz (PML-N) leader Khawaja Saad Rafique’s brother Khawaja Salman Rafique on Thursday produced before Accountability Court in connection to an ongoing probe of Paragon Housing Case.
As per details, Khawaja Salman Rafique was produced before Accountability Court as his previously granted 14 days remand was ended today. However, the co-accused and Salman’s brother wasn’t produced in the court as he is in Islamabad for some other engagements.
Accountability Court’s two-member bench headed by Justice Syed Najam-ul-Hassan heard a case pertaining to the ongoing probe of the Paragon Housing Scheme in which both of the PML-N leaders were detained by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) back in 2018.
It is pertinent to mention here that both PML-N leaders and brothers were detained by NAB on 11 December previous year.
Both brothers are under probe in Paragon Housing Scandal and three other references.
