LAHORE: Chief Justice Lahore High Court Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah has formed Full Bench to hear the petitions seeking PTI being stopped the march on Raiwind announced by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.
The full bench comprises Justice Anwarul Haq, Justice Qasim Khan, and Justice Shahid Kareem and it will begin hearing the petitions next week.
The petitions are filed by a number of people petitioners including A. K. Dogar advocate and they argue that Imran Khan is making inflammatory speeches due to which there is a fear of riots during the march. The petitions plead the court to stop Imran Khan from marching on Raiwind.
Justice Shahid Waheed had made recommended to the Chief Justice Lahore High Court Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah to form the full bench to hear the petitions.
