Peshawar: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has categorically refused to bring under consideration a judicial inquiry of May 9 incidents.
The registrar of the PHC has penned a letter to Advocate General KP.
It is said that in the letter that the provincial government violated rules of business 1985.
In this case the petition can’t be implemented.
