ISLAMABAD: Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan, Special Assistant to Prime Minister for Information and Broadcasting, on Monday said that PM Imran Khan has summoned a report pertaining to arrest of incarcerated Nawaz Sharif’s close aide and former advisor Irfan Siddiqui.
Firdous affirmed that whoever found guilty of violating the laws will have to suffer the consequences.
وزیراعظم نے واقعے کی رپورٹ طلب کی ہے۔حقائق کی روشنی میں فیصلہ ہوگا کہ قانون کی خلاف ورزی کا مرتکب کون ہوا؟جس کسی نے بھی قانون کی خلاف ورزی کی ہوگی اس کو اس کے کیے کی سزا ضرور ملے گی۔

She alleged PML-N of making a mountain out of molehill on the issue only to obtain “political oxygen”.

Police on late Friday night had apprehended Irfan Siddiqui in Islamabad for allegedly violating tenancy law.
However, a couple of days later, a local court of the federal capital then granted bail to Mr Siddique.
