ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has decided to sue journalist Najam Sethi over his misleading propaganda on the premier personnel life while he has instructed Baber Awan to file defamation suit of Rs 10 billion against the journalist.
According to Baber Awan, he has prepared and filed a defamation suit against the ex-Chairman of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) in the court.
Talking about the issue Baber Awan said that soft attitude could not be tolerated against the propagation of fake news adding that efforts to violate the law and tarnish morality sitting on a news channel should be blocked.
Prime Minister counsel hoped that Najam Sethi will appear before the court to defend his position.
