ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan met Chief of Army Staff General (COAS) Qamar Javed Bajwa on Monday to discuss the overall security situation of the country.
According to details, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) DG Maj Gen Asif Ghafoor were also part of the meeting held at the Prime Minister Office.
Earlier, PM Imran also called President Arif Alvi to brief him on his recent visit to the United States of America.
The president praised the prime minister and called the visit pivotal for conveying Pakistan’s narrative on regional and international issues of importance.
President Alvi also said that these high-level visits will hopefully strengthen relations between America and Pakistan.
