ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslims League Nawaz (PML-N) on Wednesday nominated Rana Tanveer as new public accounts chairman (PAC).
As per details, the decision was taken during a parliamentary party meeting of PML-N headed by Khawaja Asif and Raja Zafarul Haq.
On the other hand, Khawaja Asif was nominated as a parliamentary leader in National Assembly by the former premier Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on the will of party president Shahbaz Sharif.
it must be noted that Shehbaz Sharif was elected unopposed PAC chairman last year after the long tussle between government and opposition.
The PML-N president is in London nowadays for medical treatment.
