Islamabad (November 2, 2017): Backdoor contacts between ruling party, Pakistan Muslim League and its rival Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) bearing fruits.
A renowned personality from business community is playing key role to reduce the differences and establish contacts between the leadership of PML-N and PPP.

Sources close to PPP leadership said that PML-N were making continuous efforts to establish direct and indirect contacts with the leadership of PPP.
The prominent personality related to construction field is willing to bring the two parties closer. Sources said that PPP Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari has assigned the task of political reconciliation to Dr Asim Hussain. PML-N circles have been informed to contact Dr Asim Hussain for dialogues.
It is pertinent to mention here that Dr Asim Hussain is facing the corruption cases lodged in the tenure of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. 
While PML-N sources said that the ruling party sought PPP’s cooperation to replace NAB with a new institute and for the stability and continuity of democratic system in the country.
