Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari left for China on a five-day visit.
Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Senator Saleem Mandviwalla, and Dr. Asim Hussain are accompanying the President.
In Beijing, Asif Ali Zardari will meet with high-level political leadership of China, including Chinese President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Qiang.
President’s visit to China is of great importance in further strengthening bilateral relations.
It will play an important role in enhancing bilateral economic and trade cooperation.
During the meetings, discussions will take place on key bilateral issues, including the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, regional connectivity, and security cooperation.
