KARACHI: Federal Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi convened a significant meeting with former President Asif Ali Zardari in Karachi, focusing on India’s reckless actions following the Pahalgam incident.
During the discussion, Naqvi provided President Zardari with a comprehensive briefing on the measures and decisions made by the National Security Committee (NSC) in light of India’s recent provocations.
President Zardari commended the NSC for its prompt and strategic decisions, noting that these reflect the collective sentiments of the Pakistani populace.
He expressed that, the actions taken by the NSC genuinely embody the aspirations of the nation, affirming that the country remains unified in support of these initiatives.
Highlighting the unfounded nature of India’s accusations and irrational actions, Zardari reiterated that there is no justification for such behaviour.
Minister Naqvi reinforced this sentiment, declaring, “Let there be no misunderstanding for the adversary—Alhamdulillah, Pakistan’s defense is steadfast and unyielding.”
