Islamabad: An interesting case appeared in the Supreme Court (SC) as prisoner who released after completing its life punishment then his appeal set for the hearing in the SC.
Justice Athar Minallah said that the appeal has not been set for hearing since 2017. In his remarked Justice Athar Minallah said that all the Chief Justices are responsible for this.
He said that there is need of reforms in investigation and criminal procedure system .
