ISLAMABAD: Election Commission has set the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) intra-party election case for hearing.
The hearing of the PTI intra-party election case will be held on January 21. The Chief Election Commissioner has issued notices to PTI’s Rauf Hasan and Barrister Gohar while notices have also been issued to the petitioners, the Election Commission argued in the hearing.
It should be remembered that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf had held intra-party elections in March 2024, the Election Commission has given an opportunity to PTI to submit its response.
