Lahore: On orders of the Punjab government transport fares have been reduced by Rs 40 to Rs 250 after a decrease in petrol and diesel price by the federal government.
The Punjab government has started provide releif of decreased fares of oil and diesel to the mases of the province.
Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz has ordered slashing of the transport fares after which a new schedule of reduction in fares has been issued for 37 cities of the province
The transport fares have been decreased by Rs 40 to Rs 250 for the masses .
On the other hand, on violation of the new schedule Rs 3,58, 500 fines have been imposed whereas 30 vehicles were shut down.
