ISLAMABAD: PPP senator Raza Rabbani says that Governor House in Sindh was used for unannounced attack on the provincial government.
Reacting to the statement of Federal Minister for Information Fawad Chaudhry to impose Article 140A in Sindh, PPP Senator Raza Rabbani said that the demand of the federal government for implementation of Article 140A in Sindh is false. PTI abolished local government setup in Punjab and KPK where they have their own provincial government.
Raza Rabbani said that the local government in the federal capital Islamabad was abolished in February. According to the constitution, the government is bound to hold re-election within six months of the end of the local government. No action taken.
