Peshawar: The moon of sacred month of Ramadan not sighted across the country, the first fast will be on March 2.
Chairman, Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Moulana Syed Muhammad Abdul Khabir Azad has announced the not sighting of the moon in a press conference held after the meeting of the committee.
First Ramadan will fall on March 2 of this year.
A meeting of Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee was held in Peshawar on Friday today for the sighting of the Moon of Ramadan ul Mubarak.
It was chaired by Committee’s Chairman Moulana Syed Muhammad Abdul Khabir Azad.
Moulana Syed Muhammad Abdul Khabir Azad stated that they didn’t receive any witness of the moon sighting from all across the country.
The Zonal Ruet-e-Hilal Committees were also meet separately at their respective headquarters for sighting of the Ramadan ul Mubarak Moon.
