LAHORE: Accountability Court (AC) of Lahore has extended judicial remand of Opposition leader in Punjab Assembly Hamza Shehbaz by eight days in Ramzan Sugar Mills case.
Shehbaz Sharif was unable to appear before the court for which he filed an exemption plea in the court. The plea was approved by the court wherein the politician cited business in the federal capital for his absence.
However, Hamza reached the court to attend case proceedings.
On this occasion, strict security measures were taken around the Accountability Court to avert any mishap.
