ISLAMABAD: Remittance inflows through Pakistan’s Roshan Digital Account (RDA) programme increased to $13.647 billion by the end of July 2026, up from $13.365 billion recorded at the close of June, according to the latest State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) data.
Overseas Pakistanis sent $282 million through the accounts during July, compared with $306 million in June and $312 million in May.
The number of RDA accounts also continued to grow, reaching 956,790 by the end of July. This represents an increase of 10,589 accounts from the 946,201 registered in June.
The RDA initiative offers overseas Pakistanis, including holders of Pakistan Origin Cards (POCs), digital banking facilities to conduct payments, banking transactions and investments in Pakistan.
By the end of July, overseas Pakistanis had invested $684 million in Naya Pakistan Certificates, while investments in Naya Pakistan Islamic Certificates stood at $1.316 billion.
Investment through Roshan Equity Investment also reached $151 million, reflecting continued participation by overseas Pakistanis in Pakistan’s financial and investment markets.
