ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) of Pakistan on Monday decided to take up two pleas of former president Pervez Musharraf against Election of Pakistan (ECP).
According to details, the SC will hear Musharraf plea against ECP on May 27. Sources revealed that Musharaf’s counsel Faroogh Naseem will not appear before the court.
The SC has also fixed June 11 to hear another plea of Musharraf against the decision of the appellate tribunal.
It must be noted that ECP in 2013 had rejected nomination papers of Pervez Musharraf.
