Islamabad: Two senior judges of the Supreme Court (SC) Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Muneeb Akhtar have penned letter to Chief Justice (CJ) for establishment of full court bench for hearing 26th amendment.
The Senior judges have demanded hearing of the case in the full court bench this week.
They wrote that it was decided in a meeting on October 31 that the full court will hear the case on November 4.
The penned that despite committee decision no cause list was issued. They demanded that the case be set for hearing in the full court.
