ISLAMABAD: Accountability Court (AC) of Islamabad has approved an application of ex-premier Shahid Khaqan Abbassi seeking facilities in the prison.
The AC in its order said that Shahid Khaqan Abbassi be provided the same facilities provided to former president Asif Ali Zardari in the prison.
In the application submitted by sister of Shahid Khaqan Abbassi, Sadia Abbassi viewed that the ex-premier be allowed to have facilities of food from home, Air conditioner, TV, toaster, fridge besides that former premier also demanded microwave, computer, bed, table, anti-mosquito net.
It is pertinent to mention here that Shahid Khaqan Abbassi these days is in the NAB custody in the LNG case while the court has sent him in prison after approving judicial remand.
