KARACHI: Sindh High Court issued warrants of Superintendent of Karachi Central Jail Qazi Nazeer over not allowing visits of families in case pertaining to over 100 missing persons.
According to sources various petitioners plead before the two-member bench of the SHC headed by Justice Irfan Saadat that there family members are not yet being allowed to meet them despite the order of the court.
The court issued the warrant of Superintendent of Karachi Central Jail Qazi Nazeer and also contempt of court notice to him and also directed submission of replies in some cases on May 30 and in other cases on June 16.
