ISLAMABAD: The leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) Jahangir Tareen met with chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani and congratulated him over the failure of the opposition no-confidence motion against him.
During the meeting Chairman Senate, Sadiq Sanjrani thanked him for unconditional support and said he was thankful all the Senators who reposed confidence in him as he will continuously run the house neutrally.
Talking on the occasion, Tareen said that failure of opposition motion has proved that you have the confidence of the upper house as the government will continue supporting him.
“PTI believes in the rule of law and supremacy of institutions as the rejection of motion against the chairman Senate is the defeat of opposition political decisions, in fact,” he said.
