KARACHI: The Federal Intelligence Agency (FIA) submitted final challan of seven more TDAP cases in te federal Anti-Corruption Court here which issued non-bailable warrant of arrest of over 10 suspects including former prime minister Yusuf Raza Gilani and secretary of PM Secretariat Muhammad Zubair.
The challan submitted by the FIA declared the suspects including former prime minister Yusuf Raza Gilani and secretary of PM Secretariat Muhammad Zubair absconders.
According to sources accepting the challan the court issued non-bailable arrest warrants of the suspects that also include former DG TDAP Abdul Karim Daudpota; Farhan Junejo, Mehar Haroon Rasheed, Waqar Ahmed and other TDAP ooficers.
The accuseds caused billions of loss to the national treasury in 2008 under the head of freight subsidy tax.
Challan in 23 cases against the former prime minister Gilani have been submitted earlier.
