RAWALPINDI: Special Judge Central in Islamabad has canceled today’s hearing of the Toshakhana case, which was scheduled to be held at Adiala Jail.
The Special Judge Central in Islamabad has cancelled the hearing of the Toshakhana case that was scheduled to take place today at Adiala Jail.
The last hearing of Toshakhana case occurred on February 17, after which today’s hearing was called off.
The court staff informed PTI’s lawyer, Khalid Yusuf Chaudhry, about the decision to cancel the hearing.
The PTI lawyer expressed dissatisfaction over the cancellation, stating, “Sometimes cases are expedited, and at other times, they are delayed.” He further remarked that when it comes to pronouncing a sentence, trials are held even until midnight.
