Trying to hold PSL final in Lahore: Sethi

PESHAWAR: Pakistan Cricket Board Executive Committee Chairman Najam Sethi has said that there will be five phases for second edition of PSL, adding that he is trying to hold the final in Lahore, while Najam Sethi has also expressed desire that Kashmir team should also be added in Pakistan Super League.

PCB Executive Committee Chairman Najam Sethi visited Zalmi Under Nineteen Cricket team camp in National Cricket Academy of Peshawar. According to sources, on this eve, Peshawar Zalmi Head Coach Mohammed Akram briefed Najam Sethi about training camp.

Talking to media, Najam Sethi said that cricket has improved in Pakistan due to PSL. He said that cricket will have to be organized on regional level along with PSL. He said that international players are invited, hence the major current issue is security; hence there is no doubt that government and military is trying to eliminate the cancer of terrorism.

Najam Sethi further said that last year Ireland team was ready to visit Pakistan; hence Ireland team canceled its trip due to terrorism incident in Karachi.
