Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has approved bail after the arrest of the main accused of the video scandal of Judge Arshad Malik, Tariq Mahmood on a surety of one lakh rupees.
Chief Justice IHC Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Amir Farooq heard the bail of Tariq Mahmood in the video scandal of Judge Arshad Malik.
Justice Athar Minallah remarked during the hearing that Judge Arshad Malik was also guilty in the case and after hearing arguments from both sides the court-approved bail after the arrest on surety bonds of one lakh rupees.
