Islamabad (July 6, 2017): Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Danyal Aziz on Thursday said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan had taken refuge at an official rest house in Nathia Gali to avoid arrest as an anti-terorim court has declared him proclaimed offender (PO).
Talking to media outside Anti-Terrorism Court, Danyal Aziz said that the SP torture case was pending in the court for the last three years against Imran Khan.

He questioned as to why the constitutional institution were not taking notice of Imran Khan attitude towards law and the courts.
“When the issue is about Imran, all institution keep a mum. Why Imran’s property is not being attached as he is not turning up for hearing of the case despite being declared proclaimed offender,” he questioned.
The PML-N leader questioned as to why a proclaimed offender (PO) was given official protocol in Parachinar. He called for investigation into it.
Calling not to make Pakistan and its institution a laughing stock, the PML-N MNA demanded that Imran properties should be attached.
He added that the PTI Chief attitude toward Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) was also disdainful. He added that Imran did not bother to appear before any institution whether it’s a Anti-Terrorism Court, ECP or any other.
He also questioned the treatment being meted out to Imran Khan, saying that whether constitutional institutions were treating everyone evenly and fairly.
