A sudden wildfire has erupted in the forests of Mount Sulaiman, rapidly spreading over several kilometers. The flames are now advancing towards the village of Tajri in the northern area of the mountain and threatening Ulmar Kalan in the southern region of the adjacent mountain. Emergency responders are mobilizing to protect the affected communities and contain the blaze.
The blaze poses a significant threat to the region’s valuable flora, including olive, pine nut (chilgoza), nettle, and wild fig trees. Locals fear that the damage could result in the loss of these precious resources, further amplifying the ecological impact of the disaster.
