Zartaj Gul's pre-arrest bail extended, Raja Basharat granted bail in 26 November protest case

ISLAMABAD: The Anti-Terrorism Court in Islamabad has extended the pre-arrest bail of PTI MNA Zartaj Gul in the case related to the protest on November 26, while the court has approved the pre-arrest bail of party leader Raja Basharat.

The Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Tahir Abbas Supra conducted a hearing on the pre-arrest bail application filed by Zartaj Gul and the pre-arrest bail applications of PTI leader Raja Basharat in four cases.

Zartaj Gul appeared in court accompanied by her lawyer, Amna Ali Advocate. The court extended the pre-arrest bail of the PTI MNA, ordering that she not be arrested in the relevant case until May 5.

Meanwhile, the court also granted pre-arrest bail to Raja Basharat against a surety of 5,000 rupees until May 5.

Judge Tahir Abbas Supra directed Raja Basharat to become part of the investigation before the next hearing. If you do not become part of the investigation, the hearing on the bail of all the accused will be postponed to the next date.
