Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday ordered to remove Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Sentor Shibli Faraz name from the Exit Control List.
Justice Tariq Mahmood of the IHC heared the Senator petition against inclusion of his name in the no fly list by the government.
The Interior Ministry and Director General (DG) passport could not satisfy the court placing name of Shibli Faraz in ECL.
The court has sought a report of implementation of his order within a week.
