UZBEKISTAN :Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will spend a busy day in Tashkent on Wednesday.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif arrived in Tashkent , leading a high-level Pakistani delegation on an official visit aimed at strengthening bilateral ties between Pakistan and Uzbekistan.
Upon his arrival, he received a warm welcome from the President of Uzbekistan, further emphasizing the significance of the visit.
In a ceremonial welcome, the national anthem of Pakistan was played, honoring the Prime Minister’s presence in the country. A guard of honor was also presented to Prime Minister Sharif, signifying the respect and diplomatic relations shared by the two nations.
Accompanying the Prime Minister are Federal Minister for Information Ata Ullah Tarar and Minister of Commerce Jam Kamal Khan, both of whom are key figures in the discussions expected to take place during this visit.
Meetings at the delegation level are also taking place between the two leaders. The Prime Minister and the President of Uzbekistan will participate in a signing ceremony for memoranda of understanding and agreements on bilateral cooperation in various fields.
Both leaders will also participate in the Pakistan-Uzbekistan Joint Business Forum.
