ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court’s constitutional bench has adjourned the hearing of the super tax case until Tuesday, May 27.
The five-member bench, headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan, conducted today’s proceedings.
During the session, arguments pertaining to Section 4B of the super tax law were thoroughly examined and completed. The bench will now proceed to hear arguments on Section 4C in the upcoming hearing, as per the schedule.
It should be noted that, the previous hearing of the case was on May 19, during which the FBR lawyers had concluded their arguments.
