Islamabad: On the directions of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, the 17th consignment of 100 tons of relief supplies from Pakistan will be sent to Palestine on Sunday evening.
The National Disaster Management Authority has made all arrangements in this regard.
The 100-ton consignment, carrying relief supplies like food items and medicines, will be transported via a special flight from Islamabad to Amman, Jordan.
It is pertinent to mention that under the Prime Minister’s instructions, a total of 1,715 tons of aid has so far been sent to Palestine.
Today’s consignment marks the 17th relief shipment from Pakistan to Gaza and Palestine.
