Muree: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo and three time former premier Nawaz Sharif presided a high level meeting in Muree on Monday, today.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz were in attendance.
Besides that senator Pervez Rasheed, federal ministers Ahsan Iqbal, Khawaja Asif, Azam Nazeer Tarar, Ameer Muqam, advisors to the PM, Rana Sana Ullah and Dr Tauqeer Shah were also participated in the meeting.
Moreover, the PML-N leaders Khawaja Saad Rafique, Murtaza Javeed Abbasi, capt (retd) Safdar, Anusha Rehman, Rashid Nasarullah were also attended the huddle.
The meeting consulted in details over by-elections and discussed the distribution of the party tickets among the candidates.
Sources said that the meeting also discussed the country’s political situation, government matters, and party affairs.
The performance of the federal and Punjab governments were also discussed in the high level meeting.
