In the first singles match, Samiil Garsia defeated Rashid Ali with scores of 2-6, 7-6, and 4-10. Following this, Muhammad Shayan leveled the contest by winning his singles match against Pablo Edgilio with scores of 2-6, 7-5, and 8-10.
In doubles, the pair of Shayan and Rashid triumphed with scores of 4-6 and 4-6, securing the victory for Pakistan. Pakistan will face Chinese Taipei in the match for fifth position. The team had previously been eliminated in the quarter-finals after a 0-2 defeat by Australia.
