ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Atta Tarar, stated that Pakistan has borne the brunt of terrorism more than any other nation.
He highlighted that Pakistan was wrongfully accused of promoting terrorism following the Pahalgam incident, despite being one of its biggest victims.
Minister Tarar noted that Pakistan’s stance was supported by friendly nations, and through diplomatic endeavors, the country received widespread international backing.
Tarar mentioned that the Prime Minister had proposed an independent investigation into the Pahalgam incident, emphasizing that under the leadership of Field Marshal Asim Munir, Pakistan had successfully overcome a force four times its size.
The minister also accused India of persistently acting as the aggressor and continuing to conspire against Pakistan. He revealed that the Coast Guard recently apprehended a sailor involved in espionage activities for India.
