KARACHI: Gold prices experienced a notable rise in both global and Pakistani markets on Friday, breaking a three-day downtrend.
The All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA) reported that the price of 24-karat gold increased by Rs3,000 per tola, reaching Rs444,462, as steady investor demand pushed international rates higher.

On the global front, gold prices surged by $30 per ounce, closing at $4,221. This rise highlights continued global interest in precious metals as economic uncertainties and currency fluctuations persist.
