KARACHI: Gold rates nationwide have surged by Rs.6,200 per tola, marking a notable increase.
As per the All Pakistan Gems & Jewelry Traders & Manufacturers Association, the price of a single tola of gold has risen to Rs.5,39,562, up by Rs.6,200.
Additionally, the association reported that the cost of 10 grams of gold has increased by Rs.5,316, bringing it to Rs.4,62,587.
On the international front, the global price of gold has climbed by $62 per ounce, now standing at $5,168.
In the case of silver, its price has also gone up by Rs.394, trading at Rs.8,019 per tola.
