ISLAMABAD: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has issued a 15-day deadline to residents and defaulters in sectors G-13 and G-14/4 to pay their outstanding occupancy, water and conservancy charges.
According to an FGEHA spokesperson, the Authority’s Revenue Directorate has issued a public notice directing all residents with pending dues to clear their outstanding liabilities within the given timeframe.
The notice stated that the 15-day period would serve as a final opportunity for defaulters to settle their dues in full.
It warned that failure to make the required payments within the deadline could lead to suspension of ownership rights of the respective plots in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, without any further notice.
The FGEHA spokesperson urged all concerned residents to comply with the notice and clear their outstanding payments within the stipulated period to avoid legal consequences.
