DUSHANBE: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, alongside heads of government delegations from Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) member states, met Tajikistan’s President Emomali Rahmon in Dushanbe.
President Rahmon welcomed the visiting leaders and highlighted the SCO’s role in advancing economic cooperation among member countries. He said stronger regional collaboration could support greater connectivity, contribute to stability and promote shared prosperity.
The meeting brought together representatives of SCO member states, including Pakistan’s delegation led by Dar. Regional cooperation and the organisation’s potential to deepen economic links were central themes of the engagement.
