Karachi: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairperson Bilawal Bhutto Zardari tore up the show-cause notice issued by the opposition alliance Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) during the party’s Central Executive Committee (CEC) meeting.
Sources said that the participants of the CEC meeting lauded the act of their chairperson by clapping.
It is worth mentioning, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and Awami National Party (ANP) had been served show cause notices over alleged violation of Pakistan Democratic Movement’s (PDM) consensus decision and principles.

PDM chief Maulana Fazal ur Rehman had approved the issuance of show cause notices to both parties.Notices are sent by Secretary-General PDM Shahid Khaqan Abbasi.PPP notice was sent to Bilawal Bhutto Zardari whereas ANP notice was issued to party chief Asfandyar Wali Khan.
Addressing the CEC, Bilawal Bhutto said that we do politics for the respect and there is nothing worth then respect.
Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari presided the PPP’s CEC meeting at the Bilawal house, Karachi wherein the country’s political situation and strategy of the opposition in future were discussed in the meeting.

Sources said that it was decided in the huddle that Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah will plead people case in the Council of Common Interest (CCI).
The PPP’s vital meeting was attended by Opposition leader in Senate Yosuf Raza Gillani, Raja Pervez Ashraf, Senator Sherry Rehaman and Farhat Ullah Baber and other important leaders.
