Karachi: District Returning Officer (DRO) of Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Nadeem Hyder has instruction to all the members of national and provincial assemblies belonging to different political parties to leave NA-249 constituency where by-polls are underway.
The district returning officer took action when the reports of presence of members of National Assemblya and provincial assembly surfaced while Nadeem Hyder orders all the MNAs and MPAs of various political parties to leave the constituency.
He said that as per the rules of the ECP no memebers of assembly during the polling can visit the constituency.
The DRO clarified that if members of assemblies not leave the constituency then action will be taken against them.
