Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday approved transitional remand of former premier Imran Khan for a sedition case against him registered yesterday.
A two men divisional bench headed by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani heard bail before arrest case filed by the chief of PTI, Imran Khan.
Baber Awan, counsel of Imran Khan appeared before the court for representing his client.
The counsel of Imran Khan insisted the court that the police have encircled the house of former premier at Bani Gala adding that if his client were appeared before the court then the police will arrest him.
He said that the PTI chief Imran Khan wanted to appear before the trial court, so that Imran Khan protected bail be approved.
The IHC approved his three-day protective bail and ordered him to appear before the respective court (trial court).
