London: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and his elder brother and lifetime supremo of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) have finalized the name of the next army chief.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has held a vital meetings with his elder brother Nawaz Sharif for the fourth time in two days in which many important decisions have been taken.
The duo have agreed to reject all the presure regarding an appointment of the new army chief. While the two leaders of the party have adopted categoric stance that the PM right to appoint the army chief will not be given to anyone.
The name of new army cheif will be announced after meeting with the coalition partners of the PDM. While they also reitreated detemination that the government will complete its tenure till August 2023.
