Lahore: Special Assistant To Prime Minister (SAPM) Attaullah Tarar has said that we will not let dissolution of Punjab Assembly.
The SAPM said that every tactics will be used to complete tenure of the provincial assembly.
Hassan Murtaza of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) said that we will try our best to protect our country and its institutions. He said that the PPP stands with its coalition partners.
Earlier, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) said that it will bring a no-confidence motion against Chief Minister Punjab Pervez Elahi.
The PML-N members from Lahore and Gunjranwala divisions have signed the motion.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif son, Hamza Shahbaz has directed the provincial leadership of the party to meet disgruntled leaders of the PTI and independent members of the assembly.
Hamza Shahbaz has also convened a meeting of law and constitutional experts today.
On the other hand, a Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) delegation today called on Hamza Shahbaz. They consulted over a no-confidence motion against the CM Punjab and other legal matters.
