Lahore: Co-chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Asif Zardari has reached Lahore from Islamabad on a two day visit while he reached the Bilawal house Lahore in a strict security.
Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Zardari will meet Lahore leadership of the party in the backdrop of May 9 mayhem. Besides that -Asif Zardari will consult on general elections with the party leadership in capital of Punjab.
Sources said that Asif Zardari will attend a ceremony at the residence of ex-governor Makhdoum Syed Ahmed Mahmood tomorrow (Wednesday).
The political personalities from the Central and South Punjab will announce their joining in the PPP during the ceremony. The PPP co-chairman will talk to media along with provincial president of the party in Lahore on country’s political situation.
The PPP co-chairman meet-up is expected with Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) chief Chaudhry Shujat Hussain and from other leaders as well
