Karachi: Father and daughter identified as Tahir Zaman and and two-year-old Aanm Gul were killed in a firing incident near Chamra round about in Korangi on Sunday night.
According to police, eight shells of 30 bore pistols were found from the crime spot. They said that an investigation is underway whether the incident is a robbery or something else.
The Inspector General Sindh Riffat Mukhtar Raja has taken notice of the incident and called a report from Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Korangi.
On the other hand, Station House Officer (SHO) Korangi Industerial Area Abdullah apprised that deceased Tahir were accompanied with wife and two children while his wife and son are safe.
He apprised that a security guard near the crime incident said that there were quarrel going on. The SHO said that the investigation is underway regarding causes of the incident.
