Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday restored all appeals against his sentence in the avenfiled and Al-Azizya reference.
A divisional bench of the IHC headed by Chief Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzaib heard the Nawaz Sharif petitions.
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) prosecutor general supported the restoration of Nawaz Sharif appeals against his sentence in the Al-Azizya and Aveinfied reference.
The NAB prosecutor general said his institution has no any objection on restoring Nawaz Sharif appeals against the sentence in the avenfiled and Al-Azizya reference.
Earlier, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) reserved a judgement in Nawaz Sharif petitions for restoration of appeals against his sentence in the Al-Azizya and Avenfield reference.
