Islamabad: The Election Commission has strongly denied the reports in the media circles about the delay in the elections.
In a press release issued in Islamabad today, the election commission said the news about the non-preparation of election lists is completely false, baseless and misleading.
The Election Commission has decided to approach PEMRA against those spreading such false news so that legal action can be taken against those spreading such misleading news.
